Must not be a holder of any state office or a member of a state board or commission unless the board or commission is limited to an advisory capacity.Must be a citizen of the United States and a resident of Nebraska for at least six (6) months. Must be a resident of the district from which they are elected for at least six (6) months immediately preceding their election.
