3/18/24, 2:17 pm, left voicemail on cell phone. At 3:50 pm, I sent an email to Mr. Finch asking if he would be willing to fill out the VIP questionnaire.
3/18/24, 7:00 pm, Mr. Finch replied back to my email and said he'd be happy to fill out the questionnaire. I sent the email with his access code at 7:09 pm.
3/29/24, 2:10 pm I emailed Mr. Finch with a reminder and attached the hard copy of the questionnaire. I also left a voicemail telling him that I did that.
