3/28/22, 4:18pm, on phone- stated had received my emails, but has been out of the country, returned last night.  Would attempt to be complete in 7-10 days.  Because no decision is made in the Primary, "may need to prioritize other more pressing events and deadlines at this time."

3/19/22, 6:49am (email time stamp difference - due to my being in a different time zone), received email response from Rhoades, "I will not be completing your questionnaire."
