Decides how much tax is charged for managing watershed management. Decides which areas may be flooded to create safer areas for others. Decides on inter-local agreements and public/private arrangements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Monthly meetings, specialized committee meetings, researching issues, providing policy for those hired to do the work.
