Shall the governing body of the Village of Uehling, Nebraksa, impose a sales and use tax upon the same transactions within the municipality on which the State of Nebraska is authorized to impose a tax by increasing which the State of Nehraska is authorized to impose a tax by increasing the current sales and use tax from one percent (1%) to one and one-half the current sales and use tax from one percent (1%) to one and one-half
percent (1.5%) to general additional resources for its general fund and to continue improvements to the Village's infrastucture?
